Teaching the Teacher: Faculty Development for VA Clinician Educators (TTT)

TTT is a discussion-based series for teaching physicians on inpatient wards at VA medical centers. We aim to augment teaching quality, efficiency, and confidence for VA clinician educators. We focus on high yield content based on a national needs assessment, and address topics such as understanding modern learners, utilizing technology to enhance teaching, providing high quality feedback, and incorporating evidence-based medicine into teaching practice.
We are excited to share this project with the greater VA education community, and are actively seeking to grow our team! Here's a list of our current facilitators:

Interested VAs need only reach out to Laura Caputo at laura.caputo@va.gov or laura.caputo@duke.edu to schedule this innovation at their institution. Individual sites will be catered to on a first come first serve basis and will be scheduled as soon as possible to meet their institution's needs.
