Unprecedented times of workforce shortages have led to increased employee burnout. Fit a bit of wellness provides a unique and sustainable wellness model for employers to implement with their teams.

Overview

Problem

A disconnect has been identified between existing employee whole health efforts and gaining employee engagement in sustainable wellness and health practices at the team level.

Solution

"Fit a Bit of Wellness" is a comprehensive wellness model and is easily replicable. The combination of employee wearables, team aggregated data dashboard, and whole health tools and equipment creates work/life synergy. Results

96% of Orlando VA Float Pool employees stated they believe their medical center has a vested interest in their health and wellness, compared to the 44% baseline data. On the all-employee survey (AES), 90% of the employees feel that the Float Pool is the best place to work compared to the national average of 68%.
