About

Dr. Minh Ho is the Acting Chief of Infectious Disease, and an Epidemiologist at Orlando VA. Dr. Ho also has appointments as the Orlando VA Internal Medicine Clerkship Site Director and an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine and University of South Florida. Dr. Ho contributed to the implementation of Syringe Service Programs in Orlando and was a Seed and Spread investee through The Innovators Network Spark-Seed-Spread program, spreading best practices to VA facilities in both Denver and Baltimore.


Dr. Ho has also worked to connect Veterans with crucial resources in supportive environments through Stand Down events. Dr. Ho is partnering with fellow 2024 Entrepreneur in Residence Dr. Elizabeth Dinges to spread harm reduction supplies and services to more VA facilities while ensuring Veterans who use drugs are incorporated into VA care models and decisions. His work will continue to make an impact on marginalized Veteran populations, elevating VA as a national leader in harm reduction in health care settings.
